CURRICULUM

Combining traditional art making practices, modern technology and computer training graduates of mame center will become leaders in their community.
Students, while learning the technical aspects for these creative outlets, will also be given training on how to create sustainable income through business development and entrepreneurship.

In addition, mame center will develop its own curriculum to meet its educational goals, while following the regular academic year of the government schools. Tentatively, mame center plans to begin its program in fall 2009. In the first year, mame center will admit fifty students, ages twelve to twenty-five.





 





 

MAME CAFE

mame center envisions diferent ways in which to enrich the lives of students. It will establish Mame Buna Beth (Mame’s coffee house), featuring the nutritious local foods like Bula, Kotcho and Kita. The cafe will help to develop cooking, social and business skills.
The cafe will be a happy gathering place to share music, friendship and traditional food. Additionally, students' artwork will be displayed and students will participate in every aspects of the program.
